How To Initiate An Exchange / Return
Request Pickup or Call Us
Go to your User Dashboard > Orders, or simply WhatsApp our customer desk at 9870306121 with your Order ID.
Pack In Original Box
Secure the eyewear in its original hard protective case, with the microfiber cloth and brand tags intact. Our courier executive will inspect and pick it up from your doorstep.
Instant Exchange or Refund
Upon receiving the item at our Gurugram facility, your exchange frame will be dispatched immediately, or the full refund credited to your bank account within 3-5 business days.
Eligible For Return & Exchange
- Unused frames and sunglasses with tags, cleaning cloth, and hard case intact.
- Frames with sizing issues (too tight, loose, or unsuitable temple length).
- Items received damaged or defective in transit (notify within 48 hours).
- Incorrect model, color variant, or prescription powered lens delivered.
Non-Eligible For Return
- Contact lenses with unsealed, opened, or torn blister foil packaging.
- Products showing visible wear, scratches, or altered nosepads/temples.
- Return initiated after 7 calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery.
- Custom progressive / bi-focal power lenses cut accurately to customer-supplied power (only frame can be exchanged).
