• You confirm that the prescription details provided or uploaded are accurate and issued by a certified optometrist or ophthalmologist within the last 12 months.
• Custom lenses cut and fitted specifically according to your optical prescription cannot be restocked once manufacturing is completed, except in instances of verified optical deviation or manufacturing defect.
• For any ambiguity in your prescription, our in-house certified optometrists will reach out to confirm your optical parameters prior to lens edging.

All prices listed on www.goldenopticians.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to rectify any unintentional typographical errors in pricing. Payments are processed through encrypted, RBI-compliant payment gateways.

We dispatch orders across India via trusted express courier partners. Standard orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, while custom prescription lenses undergo rigorous multi-step laser quality checks and are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. Tracking details are emailed and accessible in your User Dashboard upon dispatch.
